here is what I have for my settings for glass. Make sure that when you add your camera and position it that you HIT THE NUMBERPAD 0 and not the one above the text keys……could delete some objects your working with

As for the warning, if you do hit ctrl+alt+0, then just click F10 and click the first box out of the 20.
