Figments of the 8th page

So I believe I've had this, untouched in it's unfinished state for close to four years now. I thought there might be one or two individuals who would want to see the kernel of the page that got lost in my madness.
I keep coming back to Anthem. Not to continue it, but to fix and address problems with the story. This comic, if anything, is one of my life works. I was younger than I believed I was when I first began drawing this fantasy epic. There were a lot of characters, a lot of plots and a lot of elements I was ignorant of how to use. And I was unaware of the accute differences in storytelling it takes to execute a good comic.
When the time comes, Anthem will begin again. I don't plan on scrapping these thirtysomeodd pages, but maybe I'll rework them into a Prelude or Chapter 0 type thing.
For anyone still receiving these signals, thank you. People not just liking but really finding interest in something I created is more than I could have ever asked for, and even if you didn't comment, seeing huge pageview counts (back when that was a thing on DrunkDuck) is what kept me drawing, planning and writing-mostly-on schedule for over a year way back when.

I can totally relate to it. Never let go of your life work, keep tweaking the past errors and keep the story playing in your head :) Someday you might pick it up again! :)
