BANG! not really...

Gotta go and try a gag comic of sorts. My jokes are horrible so try to bear with me (and not try to storm my house with pitchforks and torches). I love astronomy, and I've got a few too many jokes I could use. Too bad most of them involve black holes…

From what I understand, the universe “expanded” really REALLY FAST. In fact, faster than the speed of light set by Einstein. However, this doesn't violate any of those laws since they govern how fast things move IN space, not space itself. Oh… and at some point the Universe was completely covered in photons during its expansion, hence the white panel. Also, the “Big Bang” is a misnomer since technically there wasn't an explosion (like how supernovas go)… it was space itself expanding outwards.
