Don's looking a bit handy with the old cake knife! Hmmm, I wonder…..

Ye gads well spotted Mo'! You may be closer to the truth than you realise (It's not a werewolf).
moizmad at 7:27PM, Nov. 22, 2014
I've got it by jove! It was that werewolf (disguised as a dog) at the very beginning, and we all missed it!

Thanks VinoMas. I don't want to make any rash assumptions, but I'm guessing you like orange?
VinoMas at 5:53PM, Nov. 20, 2014
LOVE your colors

Ayesinback! This page now has more awfully decent fellows off the page than on it! Thanks for your kind remarks and insightful speculation - in your svelte radio voice too! Pull up a cocktail. Hmmm... this comic could be easily adapted as a radio play (sound of cogs turning follows).

Simply fantastic, Mr Scarf! So pipes are involved, ey? Perhaps a mix of smoke and lead -- tut tut, what am I writing? These are high class folks, surely copper pipes. Afterall, he uses a jeweled dagger to "slice" the cake.
Ironscarf at 9:20AM, Nov. 8, 2014
@plymayer: Thanks ply' - yep, a Radioactive Pipe Lizards update is always welcome! @bravo1102: No way to treat a beautiful cake, but since he baked it himself we probably shouldn't hold it against him. (Dr. Hook?). @KentuckyFriedPopcorn: The Talbert Pipes link keeps me focused on doing my best! Rest assured it's going somewhere - the end is already written and the next story is well underway. Without giving to much away, pipes are involved!

Dash it, it's been too long since i caught up on this! It's looking fantastic. Totally curious to see where this will go! Also, Plymayer, thanks for the kind words on my insane "Pipes & Godzillas" web comic - glad you are enjoying it!
bravo1102 at 6:12AM, Nov. 7, 2014
Murdering Miss Scarlet? He's murdering that lovely cake!
plymayer at 10:56PM, Nov. 6, 2014
Hey, http://lizardsandpipes.webcomic.ws/comics/ is very funny :)
plymayer at 10:40PM, Nov. 6, 2014
Was noticing the detail as well. Well done old chap!

@fallopiancrusader: High praise indeed, thank you! I always admired Chaykin's linework. I don't know if such a Josephine figurine actually exists, but it should! @Call Me Tom: There's nothing worse - once it gets squished into the tread it's never truly out! @Peipei: Your slice is on it's way!
Peipei at 12:29PM, Nov. 6, 2014
Gimme a slice too! xD
Call Me Tom at 7:15AM, Nov. 6, 2014
Ah it must be the dog walkers! I'm not saying that just because I'm sick of cleaning dog mess off of my bike tyres!
fallopiancrusader at 7:09AM, Nov. 6, 2014
Gorgeous rendering style! It reminds me a little bit of Howard Chaykin's work in the 1980's. Any background details that include Josephine Baker are OK in my book!
Ironscarf at 6:53AM, Nov. 6, 2014
Thanks KimLuster, I really appreciate it. I could probably churn these out faster if I left out some of the detail, but I can't help myself! I think these things add to the atmosphere so it's nice to know some people enjoy them. :)
Ironscarf at 6:47AM, Nov. 6, 2014
I may have overdone the innits on this page!
KimLuster at 6:47AM, Nov. 6, 2014
I love this stuff! Art is incredible! and the detail (those flowers and statuettes in the background...), and the dialogue... just an all around great piece of work! And the title would make a great Tarantino movie title!!

Intense page innit!
