A huge thank you to everyone who voted for Awfully Decent Fellows in the DD Awards this year. Winning the mystery category came as a pleasant and unexpected surprise. There are definitely no scaly aliens visitors in the board game this strip is based on. Mind you, in the last version I played, Plum wasn't a professor and Mustard wasn't a colonel, so I may be speaking too soon.

Yes, but I should really have called it a Hatchday. Lost in translation!

Ah, you have cleared up one mystery: galaxy-traveling, bon vivant reptilians are born, not made.

I can definitely imagine having a really great night out with these guys and kind of overlooking their less desirable habits. Wouldn't want to be the last human in the taxi though!

I know they're horrifying people eating monsters, but they're just so darn adorable!
Ironscarf at 8:16AM, Nov. 9, 2016
I know: bunch of heathens!
tupapayon at 5:41AM, Nov. 9, 2016
No hot sauce?...
Ironscarf at 5:00PM, Nov. 8, 2016
Well spotted Mo. Based on past form, she'll definitely throw a spanner in the works!

Looks like dinner is waking up and she's going to get medieval on those lizards I must say.
Ironscarf at 11:56AM, Nov. 8, 2016
Look at those string vests FC - not even worn ironically! They're an absolute shower.
fallopiancrusader at 11:39AM, Nov. 8, 2016
What a philistine! Gribble sticks have always been de rigeur at any cultured event that I've ever been to!
Ironscarf at 1:45AM, Nov. 8, 2016
@plymayer: Cheers ply!
Ironscarf at 1:44AM, Nov. 8, 2016
@bravo1102: And now owned by Coors, which says a lot about the Empire!
plymayer at 10:21PM, Nov. 7, 2016
:)
bravo1102 at 9:09PM, Nov. 7, 2016
@Ironscarf: both and on tap too. Bass Ale, the flavour of the Empire.
Ironscarf at 6:44PM, Nov. 7, 2016
@bravo1102: What a discerning laboratory! Are Bass Ales available to U.S. drinkers bravo, or did you sample them on foreign maneuvers?
Ironscarf at 6:35PM, Nov. 7, 2016
@Gunwallace: It's powerful stuff to be sure! I've switched to hard liqour, for the sake of my health.
Ironscarf at 6:32PM, Nov. 7, 2016
@KimLuster: Shame on you KL! Even alien lizard folk don't eat cute little doggies!
bravo1102 at 4:37PM, Nov. 7, 2016
Laboratory analysis shows grockle juice to be indecernable from Bass Ale.
Gunwallace at 3:40PM, Nov. 7, 2016
Ah, Grockle juice. Many a night has faded from memory because of that.
KimLuster at 2:05PM, Nov. 7, 2016
Hehe Hugsley was the Hor D'ouevre I suppose...!!
