Viktor is such a petty jerk.
I mean, Martin Drake's “secret identity” as Maarten van Helsing is purposefully a fool's secret. He makes no effort to hide it, because it does not really matter. Yet, Viktor still didn't need to be so patronizing.
Joke's on him, though. He doesn't know that Maarten is actually his younger half-brother and can kick his butt from here to the moon easily, which means that Maarten's ruse is working as intended.

What I actually like about this comic is that Vlad probably now has an actual immediate family role model who would treat him like a person. After all, Vlad was there when Maarten told Bram about their biological connection.
