Omg I would love a recap because my memory is bad. I feel like this has been discussed already and printing was too expensive to be viable but I would LOVE to see Charby as a graphic novel. I would love the old style charb y as a graphic novel, too! Your art has evolved so much and I love it. I also love the old style. So expressive and consumable. 💕

I do love this story so very much, and the artwork has become absolutely stunning in recent years, but I can't help but feel like this story is becoming confusing. Instead of Charby and his few companions in their fight against humans, (past) betrayal, and so very much involving Samrick, there's now a dozen characters whom we're looking at their individual pasts, side adventures, and plots, all of which are so damn confusing and generally unresolved, not to mention all of the odd powers and Ceno's history, that I can't keep track of what this story is anymore aside from a great big clusterf***. Can anybody provide some insight?

I am working on the wiki right now, which might be able to help make some things more clear http://charbythevampirate.wikia.com/wiki/Charby_the_Vampirate_Wiki and Frost Fox has suggested maybe I should do like Marvel and DC do and have occasional recaps to help keep things fresh in the reader's mind when events end up playing out over years. "Hey remember this villan Stan Lee introduced before you were born? No? Well here is the gist of it". On top of that I'm happy to discuss anything right here in the comments! I love talking with my readers and if I can answer a question spoiler-free I am always up for Q&A!

I wish I could update this faster, because those three stories are interconnected in a way that pays off, but my art takes freaking forever and I'm always fighting with depression which really slows me down. If I was able to work at the pace I'm supposed to there would be a lot more resolution on some of these story lines, but I'm reluctant to truncate things that are being set up for the sake of racing to the finish line, so to speak. This character arc for example-- Sadick's now working for Samrick, who is connected to Charby. Through him we get now the POV of the Demon Kingdom and one of Charby's strongest allies-- but it will be also through the lense of Sadick's interactions with this team of his most trusted enforcers of his law. "The company you keep" is rather one of the running themes in the story, after all. We won't be spinning off on solo adventures with any of these "new" guys though!

Wow first off thanks for the kind words! I'm really glad you are sticking with me even if you are feeling overwhelmed. Second, I really appreciate the feedback. I don't like to be one of those authors who assigns homework where you have to read the author's note to get the story, so if you are not getting it I'll have to work harder to clarify the story in the pages.Let me share some insight, which I hope will help you understand where I am coming from and why I want to tell my story this way with an ensemble cast and large scope. CTV is in essence, about three different groups, each of whom bring something special to the story. A.The Humans with Vic as our lead POV who give us a perspective of what life is like outside of Kellwood. B.The Folk of Kellwood with Sadick as our lead POV who gives us the perspective of what life is like in Kellwod C.The Crew in the Cabin with Charby as our lead POV all of whom really fall somewhere in between and don't fit into either of those two areas.
