Well now, here's page two.
Nice sepia tones courtesy Daniel Harris (or Hyptosis of “The Realms of Aegis” fame) and a bit more history from Alana. Who ever said comics were a waste of time?
Now, this is something of a rare occurrence - normally on Wednesdays, we'll have some bonus material featuring details on the Angaaran's. But, since we're just kicking off, I thought it might be a good idea to have a full week of comics.

I love panel two's openness next to panel three's claustrophobia. Nice switch in tone.

I have to say, one of the things that really impressed me about this project going into it, was all the details Alana was creating with her words. Including all the bits of history, narrative, legends, and cultural words have really helped cement the characters in a "This really happened" mindset for me. I know that will bring a great amount of realism and believability to the story that can appeal to anyone.
