Sorry about that two-week break.
While Energize is powering the transdimensional portals, Mindmistress reads the story of the President, the leader of the Doppelganger Gang.He lived ona world where the Cold War didn't end with the collapse of the Soviet Union, but continued on. In this world, Hinckley's aim was better, killing Reagan–and Bin Ladin, fighting against the Soviets at the time, led suicide bombers (including himself) to kill the leader of the hated Soviets.
Peace by strength. Judging by how President C.C. (Cyrus Caesar) Frostlooks NOW, we can see how “successful” such a policy was.

I cameoed the Doppelganger Gang in my comic starting on yesterday's page: http://www.drunkduck.com/Karabear_Comics_Unlimited/5403819/ and continuing through today and tomorrow. It's the bottom page (for the special issue). Sure, I ostensibly didn't use anybody we've seen, but that masked guy could be one we've seen. A completely unauthorized cameo, but I thought it would be fun.
