Chapter 5, Page 3

Hah! Faked you out! Instead of Green Avenger and Dasien against the transdimensional Sisters of the Twilight, we're going to be treated a wrestling match between Dasien and Uber-Red!!!

Really, it's on the cover. You must have known that was going to happen.

This is seriously one of the wackiest things I've ever drawn, and this is only the beginning! This is the first of two double-length pages. They're double-length, because this scene is so long that I couldn't keep it at my usual page length.

You'll see some nods to classic wrestling here. The ring area has a very classic World Wrestling Federation feel to it, while the title card graphic is lifted right out of WCW Monday Nitro!

You know, for such an impromptu event, there's a lot of production value here. You think it's breaking the fourth wall a little that the jumbo-tron has Dasien's webcomic logo on it?!

Wait, that's not a jumbo-tron! It's a TROLLA-TRON! It's made by Trolla, the wacky company that supplies archaic technology to our friends over at Wrestlecrap.com, the website dedicated to chronicling the very worst of professional wrestling!

And SPEAKING OF Wrestlecrap, we have RD Reynolds and Blade Braxton on color commentary. Yes, they're real people who were kind enough to lend their likenesses to the Crossoverlord series, despite their not being webcomic characters at the time I had asked them. Strangely enough, though, one of the Wrestlecrap forum members, a gentleman by the name of Lord Soundwave, has since taken it upon himself to author a webcomic series known as “Wrestlecrap Funnies”, which is now featured on the Wrestlecrap forums.

But wait! There's more! Accompanying Dasien to the ring is none other than Sidekick Girl, who has answered the call of Ringo and temporarily stepped away from keeping Illumina out of trouble.

Also summoned by Ringo is Ultra Girl, star of Rival Angels, which is an actual wrestling webcomic!

And if you look closely, there might be one or two other unofficial cameos here. That ring announcer looks awfully familiar.
