I know this page is two days late. I was going to post it on Friday, but I decided I wasn’t happy with four of the panels. I always pick my own work to pieces, but I just couldn’t let this page go without reworking it. I’m happier with the page now. The second panel was the only one I didn’t rework.

I hope everyone has had a good weekend. In the morning, a new work week begins. Oh well. Gotta pay the bills.

That seems still pretty easy for Dani to wiggle herself out of it. After all, having ancestors that look a bit like you isn't unheard of, is it? For example my grandma keeps telling me how closely I seem to resemble her own grandfather sometimes, in a certain light (no way for me to check, though, since there's no photo left). Means: I SENSE A TRAP! Detective Nichols clearly knows every trick in the book.

Nichols is a very good homicide detective, and he knows every trick in the book. Unfortunately, that book didn't cover vampires.
