look how good i am =0 another update!
right well thats the funeral done. on ward!
i'm listening to Lord of the Rings as i color this. i'v not before
listened to the books. and i like Tolken ok but he cant seam to go a few
miles without someone breaking into poetry or song. and there is only
so much Perfection i can handle before i need to switch to Pratchett.
i dont know, all the women are beautiful. ALL OF THEM. dude are there
ever an elf maiden born that was not perfection itself? or are they not
worth taking about and only the pretty ones get mentioned at all?
i'm getting to the end of Fellowship and so far Arwen has just been
seen, looking too pretty for words but has not said a word. i'm glad she
did SOMETHING in the movie at least.
why does Tolken think Beauty = Good. Dark/Ugly = Bad/ Evil.

It's been said before but your expressions are great! Love the shady look he pulls in that middle panel. Also, I hear you on Tolkien; I grew up reading The Hobbit and LOTR so I have great respect for him but at the same time his takes on good/evil and beauty are a little too clearcut for my liking. It's escapism sure, but I tend to like at least a little grey morality and credibility in my fiction...

Oh, and at the time, women were not something that you wrote about, they were housewives and Mothers. Not much going on there, with an adventure and War. Plus teaching at at an all boys school, and all that rot. Who'd have read it? Well we would, now.

LADKLFSJAKLDJS I FINALLY CAUGHT UP OH GOSH. THIS COMIC. I *ADORE* IT. SO MUCH. <3333333 The art and your unique style and the absolute dark atmosphere. I love it. First of all, I'm so sorry for taking so long coming back. I don't know if you noticed or not, but in case you did I'm sorry. Dx I kind of got depressed and stopped frequenting the online art community for awhile. But now I'm back and slowly catching up on all of my old favorites. Also, I understand how you feel about not wanting to continue your comic because you feel it is no longer fun or that you're unable to complete the story. I think it's something all comic artists go through (I'm desperately trying to complete my comic but I'm having a hard time feeling motivated). Just hang in there and keep updating when you can! I too struggle with completing things that I start, so don't feel bad. It happens to everyone. You have a very awesome comic here and your art in general is great. :D
