Interleude--Faces Magazine Article Cover

Before starting Issue #8, Savunn wanted me to post an interview with Dr. Electric from Faces magazine. The interview was conducted by Alanna Alliteration, and it has a few nuggets of info that may have some bearing on the overall story of Fusion. At first, I was just gonna post the scans of the issue Savunn sent me and add her notes in the comments, but she decided that was too impersonal. So she then added her own notes on purple sticky notes and sent me photos of the magazine on her desk (which, BTW, is the same desk she draw's “Savunn's Corner” on). There are at least two other issues of Faces in this series of interviews that Savunn thinks would be worth posting, so look for those between upcoming issues of Fusion.
Also, scripting for Fusion #8 is complete. The next issue will be 25 pages plus the cover.

Hey, ask Savunn if she's ready for her own interview with Alanna. If not she best figure it out. I bet one's coming soon.

"Conducting" a Interview with a electricity based super? Sounds painfull. Looks good and interesting.

Interesting. I like it when superhero webcomics use chapter breaks to continue to world build. Can't wait to see what we'll learn about the Fab 5.

I was gonna say something about "Faces" magazine not featuring his face, but everybody beat me to it.

giovanni--Plus the Fab Five's uniform is more recognizable than just Dr. Electric's face.

i think that having an article called "faces" and NOT showing a face is a good marketing strategy. it would attract more attention

NoRAd Alpha--I thought about that too, but a face here would be redundant for the article, since his face is featured in the article (as you'll see next week). Also, starting next week, I'll be posting 2 updates a week for the next 3 weeks to get the interview completed ASAP (as you'll read in the next update's comments).

Ironic that it's called "Faces" and doesn't show his. Not criticizing, I just think it's funny.
