For those who don't remember Psy-Girl telling Fusion about the Fab Five's meeting in Darmar (actually, only 3 of the Fab Five were in Darmar–Dr. Electric and Polygraph were still in the U.S. and attended the Purple Principal's funeral), refer back to Issue #4 (page 26 to be precise).

Unless Russia and China step in and use their veto. And China WILL use their veto. Especially if they're getting raw materials from Darmar, which is likely.

i guess this begs the question of whether or not she can speak the language, betting to the bottom of who's doing what to really make a difference long term mean getting info and then sharing it with the world so that the U.N. can step in.

dragonestea--Well, Brooder generally obeys the laws. However, he oversees the drafting of laws to be sure there are loopholes he can manipulate. Plus he has his Black Members (like She-Cat in last issue) who can do the things he can't.
