Videospirit--Savunn isn't Darmarian, so such a claim wouldn't stand up to scrutiny. Also, if she made such a claim, she could then be tried for treason in Darmar. You'll find out a lot of the stuff going on behind the scenes in this issue.

Funny thing about dangerously corrupt organizations, they rely heavily on the less corrupt power in play to act as they are theoretically supposed to, to take down the Mafia the US had to send many agents undercover, a large percentage of whom went missing, or where found dead, conventional law enforcement strategies could not work on them.
