Yeah. My wife hates those windows... But I was satisfied with the results. I do see what you are talking about. I use Photoshop for most of the work. And Illustrator for most of my straight line work.
Nice cityscape. For the lit windows, you should probably keep them all on one layer to avoid superbright overlaps (as in the overlapping corners in the middle of panel 1). Not sure what art program you use, but you can create the effect here with solid blocks of color for the lit windows and then apply Gaussian Blur to the layer (and tweak the opacity, of course, as it looks like you've done here already). Regardless, a very nice looking page!
