Honestly I probably actually weigh a little bit more than this. A person's weight fluctuates during the day and I've clocked myself as high as 238. My goal weight is 175, which is the highest healthy weight for my bodytype. Thats about 70 pounds I need to lose. I got my work cut out for me.

if you wanna you can do it, but dont get down if it takes a while, 70 pounds is a lot to loose, make sure to eat enough lean protien and put in a moderate weight routine along with cardio and whatever else, so that way the weight you loose is truly fat, plus adding muscle aides in losing weigh. that being said, sometimes you may expierence a bulging and temporary weight gain as you pack on lean mass, but dont fret it will equal out, also for the start measure your self and go by pounds and inches to get an accurate tell tale
