Addendum: Unless you're Chris Benoit, your shirt had better be baggy and it'd better have sleeves. No one whats to see your flabby and or chickenbone upperarms.
I live in NY so almost everyone works out and looks like their on steroids here, or well my generation anyway. I was chubby when I was a kid but around when I was 15 I was 6-1 & wieghed 194 pounds, I worked out a lot and my diet was entirely protien, so it all melts off. Good luck man, hope you reach your goal wieght.
i was in the same place as you in college. I went to the gym 3 hours a day but it was mostly weights and I didn't eat right.
I'm trying to work smarter this time around. And if I'm not, you guys should totally call me on it.

I totally sympathize with you. I was always chubby. I started working out my senior year in high school, but knew nothing of nutrition. I got strong, but kept the belly.
In my mid-20's I started reading a lot more about proper nutrition/supplimentation. At that time I cut carbs, ate more lean protein, limited my drinking and worked out smarter (notice I did not say more).
I went from about 190 (I'm only 5-6) to about 165. My body fat went from 22% to about 10%. I was all rocked up and feeling good. I met a new girl, fell in love and we gained weight together.
I am now at my all time heaviest, but at least my wife still loves me.

Yup. Hell of a lot easier to exercise first thing in the morning. Gives you an energy boost for the rest of the day, too...
