New page! 'Ware the Skeeters! Also, I updated a new page yesterday, as well, along with something akin to an explanation for yet another shift in the artistic style.
Thank you, ejb. It's an honor to be a universal dude (our language needs a gender-neutral pronoun other than "it", no?)! I really miss Bright Earth ... I actually had scripted out the whole story, but just had getting the pages done fall apart on me with everything else that I'm supposed to be doing in my life. I took it off the Duck because there is no time that I can see for me to get back to it, not for at least a year ... perhaps longer. Someday the blind ambassador and Jan will get together again! Computer ink is still a struggle, and I'm rarely happy with the effects. I applaud those who can use it with skill! Also, I no longer have my old computer and my replacement laptop can't handle Corel Painter, which is what I had been painfully learning to use >_<
Ok, so I have to comment on last page's author note. Dude, no apologies for switching to a style/process you enjoy. I can completely understand the urge to try different media and techniques to grow and experiment. No need to torture yourself, though. Do what you like! There are certainly several shining moments in the digital techniques you used here in Inchoatica. I also have to say that Bright Earth had some of the strongest digital work that I've seen from you. The environment design, lighting, and color palettes all just came together wonderfully on those pages.

I use "dude," of course in the universal sense. The universal dude. :)
