The start.
I just want to say that I impressed myself with the quality of this comic. I took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect.
Alright, so it's not PERFECT; but I think it's okay.

it's not bad, but too many comics do an "intro page" when it would be best to just hop right in the story and tell what's going on as it's going on. Basically, had you left the first panel off, it would be fine. you could have told us in the artist notes that it was about your life. the art is nice and crisp, the writing's not bad, though obscure game references can be changed for story purposes to more generalized ones. which is why, while i only rarely play mortal kombat, most of my references will be to that, as even people who don't play it know about it.

Hahaha, it was pretty good, John. Not that I think they'll mind, but I was wondering if you were gonna keep the names as they are in real life. I noticed you mentioned Josh, lol. You said the characters were all based on someone, and that the comics portray incidents that happen in your life, right? I'm only assuming you're the Blue haired girl. What was her name? Jan? x_X I don't remember... Anyways! Yeah, cory looked awesome in this... I can't wait to see Josh.. and WHAT ABOUT ME?!?! I BETTER BE IN THIS BECAUSE GOD KNOWS, IF ANYONE, I'M IN YOUR LIFE... right? :P lol, but seriously... Josh can't take Bloodrush...ESPECIALLY from Cory! XD Keep up the good work, Johnny-Boy. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this strip. ;)
