To further answer this question… to my knowledge, no. I came to Japan in the Air Force, so I was a human pin cushion, but if you come from non-third world nations, then you should not need any…

My sister had to get a few, partly because the hospital lost her records of childhood vaccines... Some of the necessary things are in pill form now, too. But it's nothing compared to the shots you need to go to Africa. (Anyway, great punchline. lol)
