Ah, so this definitely can't be the middle ages. It actually seems pretty modern. But people know that something this nice and convenient hardly ever is as it seems.
Panel 5 there turned out better than it should. Captain Midnight's outfit is a difficult draw–but I chose this one. He has some much simpler outfits, but something about him works best like this.
