Shock and surprise, the Grand Vizier isn't exactly the most trustworthy fellow! And yeah, his odd speech disappeared for the last balloon, but I just didn't know how to keep it up for a line that should be so ominous. And this page finishes this part of the story. Short, but it's a setup of sorts.
