Pencils only because of time constraints. Luckily, I'm very close to being caught up, and then I'll go through the process of inking when I have the time.
I liked the “app for that” joke. My main characters don't use smartphones, but I felt Lucy would, especially to set this up. I figured that in a world where super powers are more commonplace, there might be technology built in to some devices to keep a telepath from snooping. I'd think this has a limited radius, extending only to the user.
And Lucy has jumped up a level. Now she's into kidnapping. Fun.

noggin is a great psychic name. different than the usual mindwave or thoughtgrabber or psychic king type names, but it's novel and memorable and it still gets the point across. lucy made a big mistake. she's probably looking at twenty or life or worse and that won't change even if astral capitulates. there's no real getting-away-with-it scenario here. even if she flees, she will still be hunted and she won't be able to enjoy her 'gains'. in a super universe, there are so many more ways to foil her and rescue noggin even if ordinary detective work won't do it. and no excuse for jack bauer/cia/gitmo methods.
