Yeah, now you know I'm insane. … erm…

I wasn't planning on showing what's going on with stalker-kid here for awhile yet, but spiky-hair there just couldn't help himself. He's been bustin' my ass to get in the comic, apparently. *shrug* So here you go.

I got the idea sitting on the couch watching TV. I had my legs crossed in such a way that my shin bones/ankles were kind of wearing on each other, making me think of how sometimes, if you cross them in a particular way, you can make your leg fall asleep really quickly, I guessed because it was pressing on a nerve (vein!!! A VEIN!!!) And that opening phrase popped into my head, just as it popped into the kid's. Inspiring me to write a whole rant/2 page spread. Yeah, this is part one…

He was holding onto her leg… the “coincidence,” as it was, was too good to pass up.


Ink painted on bristol, stalker-kid done in nib pen, the spiky-hair done in brush. The borders are white-out pen, and the white text is GESSO brushed on. It was interesting trying to figure out how to do this page. ^_^ Assembled and colors adjusted in photoshop.
