Working

What sucks is my friend was making $15 an hour in college at an internship which consisted of him sleeping in a cubicle all day.
Anyway my job seriously is pretty damn boring. I get invited to see free movie screenings on the paramount lot, concerts, company picnics and parties, all in SANTA MONICA. Then there are the MTV events in NEW YORK that I also can't attend. Every day, I burn with growing jealousy in San Francisco as I read the numerous email invitations to fantastic events I can't attend because we're a fucking satellite office.
…Also, despite working at GameTrailers/xfire, all 8 of the people I share an office with don't like video games. This irritates me from time to time.

Well the events I get invited to don't seem quite so grand, but I can relate. They need to filter out the blanket company emails cause hearing about all the stuff we can't go to cause it's a two hour drive away is just plain ridiculous and insulting.

YAY an update, i read ur comic a while back and faved it so im happy that you are continuing it. It's nice to see someone who is in the boat I'll be in next year. I'm already starting to stress out figuring what route i am going to take after i graduate and what jobs to look for etc. But yeah i hope things get better at work. If it helps at all i am pretty sure all entry level positions are like that, you know basic "gopher"/"bitch work XD". But yeah you will move up though, im sure of it. Just need to have patience and keep yourself motivated :)

Wow, you really are Somewhere in San Francisco ... Los Angeles is pretty fun but at least you can avoid dumbasses who get DUIs when you're driving around town.

Poor fish. Move to Los Angeles. It's better here, and there's an equal amount of homeless people on the streets.
