It's like trying to figure out a romance language by knowing Latin roots. It can be done but it's work🤣. And pronunciation and grammar? It's a whole other language.

Aren't a whole lot of Old Norse translation sites. And you're not a professor of Early Medieval English literature. So modern Scandinavian language works. Einar is the guy who had to figure out what these folks are saying. He needs to find a language of his period that's close. I know more than 50% of all root words in modern English are from Old Norse but still--🤣
