That said she should NOT simply write them down, runic tats sounds like something that could be used for incredible ill. It is possible that the tats are helping her to some extent with her work, but not with creative aspects of it, or knowing the various hides. So her ranking should be based on her creativity and possibly material efficiency, more so than it would be for other leather workers. Hidden pockets for example will always be a desirable feature, as will ergonomic weight distribution, done right a significant amount of weight can feel like almost nothing.

Of course there is no reason why she shouldn't keep leather working, the skill will make her work more valuable, though she may want to conceal the runes on her work in the future, whether its by physically hiding them,or better, making them appear as part of an artistic design,
