You seem to forget: ALWAYS by 200x200. It has to end in -00. Other then that, it's good. :D (Still can't believe how you recolored Sade and GiGi so good! :D Great job! )

Resize the sprites by percentage. You clearly didn't, because they're distorted. And don't use paint for your bubbles. Use paint.net or photoshop.
