Panel 1 is actually an example of real plot elements I had planned. The lack of direction was definitely part of the reason I had to stop all those years ago.

So some people might wonder why Mika's Daughter isn't named Kyoko. Kaida is actually the original name I had for the main star of Mob Ties, but it changed to Mika with the official run. And Kyoko was only named after the Kyoko that died (seriously, why didn't the baby have a name originally?). So in a universe where the past is different, Kyoko never died in Mika's past, if they were ever friends at all. So, completely new direction with her design, personality and obviously, her age. But honestly, I like where this is going so far.

Kids are always embarrassed by their parents. What I have planned is also pretty radical I think, and a lot easier to map out a cohesive plot for.
