No, that's not the problem. I had to deliberately make it darker to bring out the colours more. The problem with my scanner is that it's too bright and some colours don't even show up, even in Photoshop.

ah much better ^^ dont think there is any prob with your scanner, looks neat :3 if you have photoshop you can fix the colours :3 soemtimes scanners just make it darker

I also apologize for my crappy scanner, which lacked the full colour... =(
