There seems to be more here than meets the eye. Not only are the Pirates inhabiting the courtyard of the Monk's temple, they are also illegally selling bootleg rum. Not only that, they are making a fortune doing it! So clearly, they are not in need of the sanctuary that the Temple provides. Yet how to get rid of them?
