Whatever, those three are fine, but that doesn't mean that they're aren't like a dozen other things wrong with this page.
First of all NEVER freehand text, always use a text tool. The "2" in the first panel (which is besides the point, that little title thing you have there is redundant, as the title is seen in the page header. Besides, the title you chose kinda ruins the surprise) and the "M" on the masterball are just horrible.
Then there's the recolors: they're uglier than me without a shirt on. If this is the best you can do, don't use them, just use unedited stockers.
Text bubbles: don't freehand the tails of those either, use a line tool, it's much neater. The bubbles themselves should never be made with MS paint, they're far too pixelated. You also need to center the text better.
How are you resizing the sprites? It looks like you're skewing them: don't do that! Resize them by percentage, to preserve the proportions.
Finally, even though it's fine if you want the starters to be those three, but don't use those sprites. This is called bitmixing. You're primarily using the D&P sprites, which have a higher resolution than the MD ones. This is the reason you don't see many D&P comics, there aren't any pokemon sprites available (yet, anyway) that offer the range of expression that the MD ones do in the same resolution as D&P.
Overall, though, this isn't too bad of a start. Your panel lines are very neat, and you divide them in an interesting manner that draws the reader's eyes (I'd recommend that you use less bright colors for large single color areas than the ones in panel 5 from now on, though. It distracts the reader from the content, in this case, the starter pokemon).
I mean no offense, I'm just trying to help. If you need any other advice, feel free to PQ me.
NO! delete this page dont start with those pokemon be more unique! you have about 500 pokemon to choose from!
Also the lines in the last panel look bad and so does the pokeball rotate...
