[310] Grand Festival Opener!

So you'll notice some changes when you compare the arena to the chapter cover one. I just wasn't happy with how the score board area looked and I kept changing it till I decided on this version. I still think it could be better.

But to those of you who complained (cough*superpee*cough) I changed around the judges. Also some of you may notice some older cameos from past contests. I just used some of my favorites to fill in the gaps.

I think I'm gonna take tomorrow off, so expect the next update on Monday! Super excited for these appeals though! I have some good ideas for everyone!
