The first page of this ‘lost episode’ of Robotech: the Macross saga.
For those unfamiliar with Robotech, it was an anime series in the mid-80's that set the standards for transforming robots even moreso than ‘the Transformers’ as that it was not about sentient machines at war with each other but it was a human drama set during a war and could be compared to movies like ‘From here to Eternity’…but with the heroes piloting transforming jets and tanks.

Sigh... 2011 is next year and we still don't see any giant robots walking around.

Damn, I used to love Robotech bigtime - it was an awesome series. This looks promising anyhow, I shall read on...
