011 Damn Sexy Piece of Meat

So it was my sister's baby shower, and I had left my plate with a scrap of meat aside. When I came back to it, this wasp was mounted on top it, tearing at it like there was no tomorrow. I never thought wasps ate meat, seriously, but its fucking mandibles were just chomping away- and its abdomen was thrusting as if it truly were sexing it, as my other unpregnant sister pointed out (I have a lot of siblings).
I shuddered as I drew this pic. Wasps scare me… but not as much as spiders. *shivers*

It may be trying to lay eggs. Wasps, flies, and bees like to lay eggs in warm rotting meat. They lay the eggs in the meat, then as the babies hatch they have plenty of food. BTW, when people want to start a bee farm, (without mail ordering the bees), they leave a dead cow carcuss next to some man made hives. That way, when the bees lay the eggs, the can nest closely to watch over them.

Oh god... I hate Spiders and Wasps too. Actually... Anything with more than four legs creeps me out! Dx I probably would have agreed with your sister on that. xD Would have been the first thing that came to my mind! And even though Wasp are creepers, you really drew it perfectly! It looks like the real thing! (Not that I've gotten up close and personal with one...Lol.)

Peipei, I find Alien from "Alien vs. Predator" adorable!- wasps are terrifying. Spiders even more so. D: Does that seem strange? >_> Cheebs, if Jesus were there at the same time, I think I'd keep watching the wasp. It was just too disturbingly fascinating... like a pornographic car crash...
