Theu are blank because Cotrez is in "blind rage" and isn't hearing anything this is also why Ricky had the same tatoos as Vincent in one panel we are seeing and hearing from Cotrez's point of view.
Well, what is coming out of Ricky is more like oil than blood and what's coming out of Vincent is werewolf blood, something that would be considered "muddy" or tainted blood by vampire standards and not appealing at all. Yuck
