I'm starting to move away from naming the miracles and their incantations all the time. They take up quite a bit of page space, and really don't do much in return. I'm thinking about having a little spell list at the end of the chapter for all the new miracles that appear, though.

that sounds convenient, just make sure they have a title that lets us know they are the miracle lists and we will be able to look up all the miracles when ever we want. maybe the first one should have all the old ones as well.
