I'm guessing Secret Service, or some X-Files-type agency. Maybe they're investigating the mysterious disappearance of composers over the ages? (like an accident involving a secret experimental time machine?)

This is great. Poor Connie. Even in a wild n' wacky comedy adventure, it's the parts like this that really make it work. Now who is this mysterious new arrival....?
