Alrighty, these white enviro-suits that look like 50's era sci-fi space suits… I looked up ‘real’ enviro-suits and all of them look like crap. So… let's just say Synprovision has the tech to make form-fitting suits with fortified bubble helmets…! Suspend disbelief with me haha…

Yeah, maybe suspend a bit more by the fact they're letting Kimber Lee come along without being restrained… but remember, Jack Caleb believes he has something over her (her family) that's better than any physical bonds.

Incendiary rounds. I read about Tungsten rounds that can sorta burn/explode when they enter flesh. And I figured, with the new intel they had on Kimber Lee, they'd devise some sort of ammo that would have the best chance of stopping or slowing her down… Don't judge too hard on the feasibility of such ammo :)

And I need to slow down. I rushed this page (cuz I knew I was gonna be in San Antonio) and it's a little sloppy… Sorry for that! The first panel they're supposed to actually be driving on a road (a dust-covered road, but still…)… I just sorta forgot to put it in there…

Finally, the little guy, Agent Biggs, is a character from another comic, used with special permission by the creator - I think a few of you will be able to guess who he is!

I started reading in Oct last year and this was one of the first updates I had to ignore as I didn't want to ruin the story for myself but that first panel is so exciting and so beautifully done that it's stayed in my mind until now, so it's really nice to be able to finally read it in context at last!

1) Nice jump suits, most note worthy the red one for the "contaminated". 2) Short jokes? 3) Barry White!!!!! 4) Getting her to cooperate is a great idea. Less casualties.

Yes, with a built-in electric fan so I don't suffocate in there. My bubble helmet splits in half to put it on, because otherwise the neck-hole has to be huge.

The bubble suits look better since you still see everyone's faces. Big problem doing scenes with covered faces, how do have anyone express anything? How do you even tell them apart? How many times we have to tell you not to rush that we're a patient audience? Your work is too good to rush. So the truck sequence doesn't look dusty more like muddy. Maybe it rained that day. I know after those flash rains in the Southwest the gooey sand sticks to everything.

Awesome page! Ambitious, too, with the buildings, ramps, extras and trucks. Looks pretty damn great to me...and well worth the wait! Nice banter with Caleb and that little dude, too! XD
