So these super-envirosuits have easily-removable gloves haha… they just slip right off… Well, maybe they're specially sealed or something… just roll with me on this one, guys :)

So, Kimber Lee (or ‘It’…) is pushing her privileges a bit! Why in the world might she want to ‘communicate’ with Subject One? Maybe it has an ‘entity’ inside it as well…?

And what happened in the last panel? I'd like to hear everyone's best guess

Well they do say the bigger they are the harder they fall but I certainly wouldn't want him falling on me so I hope she is careful!!

Remember that first Vulcan Mind Meld in Dagger of the Mind in ST:TOS? Van Gelder was in pain and so was Spock. Everything in Sci-fi has a Star Trek tie-in.

@FC: hehe we be poets and didn't... awww that's so old! :D As for the admonishing voice - so far in the story the text in rectangular boxes has always represented Kimber Lee's inner thoughts. Is that the case, still...? I think it'll be more clear next page ;)

I thought that admonition in the last panel was Caleb warning her from off-screen. Probably because he's done something similar before and it didn't turn out so well. Rein yourself in, Biggs! Blasting her ass would be a disaster! (sorry, I couldn't help jumping on the poetic bandwagon)

@Peipei: In hindsight I should have drawn Kimber Lee's right hand in the panel. She didn't actually touch him, as she's got some warring gone in her mind: something in her wants to touch the Big Guy (for some reason), and something (perhaps Kimber Lee's true personality) strongly doesn't want her to. It'll make more sense next page... I hope

@bravo: Yep, and Kimber's lost herself enough already... She might have plenty of good reasons not to want this to happen, as I hope will be evident in the last two pages of this chapter!

Yes...Terminator Kim saying OWWWW before the caption appears makes me think it's the REAL Kimber trying to take her own body back.

On second thought, I guess it could be KIM'S voice from within, telling the entity to stop. I think the authority/formality of the last line made me miss that it might be her. But maybe she's been gathering her strength to try and take control back. It's kind of fun not knowing at first, and trying to put it together! Good luck with the RL stuff; hope things are ok.

@Banes: It's been a lot of fun working with Little Biggs!! And I'm certain his perspective on pretty posteriors is perfect and potent. As for last panel, I guess it depends on who (or what?) you think is control of Kimber Lee's body... Maybe it'll be more clear in the next page or two... :)

That is some sweet alliteration. You don't hear the word "posterior" enough! XD ...what a treat, on several levels, to read this page. This guest appearance, with a little bonus reference on this page, is so delightful. Thank you!! I've been waiting to see Kim's reaction to poor Subject One. As for the last panel...is it the Entity inside Kim, referring to Kim herself as "Entity"? That was my assumption, anyway...

Take care of yourself, those RL bugs can be fearsome. Last panel, The Entity has been driving her body for a while, but now KL wants it to stop! A "Communication Gestalt" is *NOT* on her TODO list for today.
