I hate that the Bad Guys seem to have so many advantages, like going after your loved ones!! Sure, Kimber Lee held Eli's ‘little pet’ hostage too, but that girl actually was one of the combatants - you can bet Kimber Lee wouldn't have gone after Eli's parents or kids….
How did Eli get Kimber Lee's parents to begin with? Aren't they supposed to be under some sort of government protection and surveillance?!! How long have they been missing (Kimber Lee was unable to contact them back on page 348?
This dream where Eli encountered Kimber Lee can bee seen on pages 314-319. After the dream, the Godstrain no long ‘talks’ to Eli… Kimber Lee seems to be aware that the Godstrain no longer can do that (see page 342, 2nd panel…
How is Kimber Lee gonna get outta this?!!

This is deeply scary. Kimberley can look after herself well enough but how hard will it be for her to distract him from harming her kids on a pretty much continual basis until they are out of danger. As always, you pull the rug from under our feet and leave us faced with an even bigger dilemma than we had already anticipated!

Eeeeevilll! This is the ultimate irredeemable bad guy move. I think the "wise decision" would be, if it comes down to it, sacrifice the few to save the many... but that's always easier said than done!

This is one of those moments where you go "of course!" ...but I didn't see it coming! Nice! And also not-so-nice! I don't know if it's intentional, but I see a lot of deep stuff in this, even from the Eli side. He thinks he's overcoming the "monster" that's been imposed on him, and becoming more in line with his better self image, but then the 'Strain stops talking to him, and Kimber Lee finds him - his chickens coming home to roost, as tends to happen when people 'artificially' believe they're better, without becoming better...does that make sense? Fantastic stuff, in any case!

Yeah, it's weird... I've always felt there's this sorta metaplot undercurrent where Eli's pissed that he's reduced to a monster, a force of nature, a plot device, instead of a 'real character'... Back on page 315, 1st panel, he kinda rails against how he's been treated... Not gonna get to in-your-face with it but it's there!!

I see... everything is connected with everything else. Seems like telling the Godstrain to go jump in a lake was a good move on Kim's part after all. Also seems like Eli hasn't advanced one bit from being his old despicabe self at the core.

Okay major with Kimber Lee in that proximity to Eli a surgical strike will take him out. Get the A-10s in the air... 30mm depleted uranium should take them all out now. Regrettable about the colonel and his team but these things happen. Ever see Dan O'Bannon's Return of the Living Dead? When something the government has done gets out of hand... kill everyone.
