So this page is kinda growing on me but I'm still kind of wary with it, problem is I'm trying a different way of doing a page where I draw the panels individually then arrange them rather than all on the one page like before, I've always been a large artist I find it difficult to draw small so…but time has been rather hard to find recently as well I hate making excuses but it upsets me how great the first few pages were and now I'm rushing…I think it might also simply be I'm thinking too far forward with regards to the story rather than the pages I should be doing now…sorry for the babbling but it helps me clear my mind

I sometimes have that same dilema. I like doing individual drawings and then arrange them in one page but sometimes they look they don't belong together. I also like doing the whole with different panels but it takes soooo long for me and a lot of fail attempts to make one page that I like. I think it's part of trying to capture the images in our heads and put them in paper the best we can. anyway, I do love this page, I made me remember that no matter how much I love my dad soemtimes I wanted that my favorite uncle were my dad. i totally relate to this page.

Interesting. I suggested to one of the artists I work with that it might be a good idea to draw each panel individually and then "assemble" them on the page. His view was that - whilst the individual panels might be okay, you'd lose something in overall page composition. Keep us posted on how the technique works for you!
