I'm with Drake on this. Dimonds are really plain looking. I like deep colors like purples and blues.

ifelldownthestairs - The decision to market cubic zirconia as a diamond substitute was stupid. Because CZ has a double refraction it can be flashier than diamond, but the negative backlash against CZ as a diamond substitute has tarnished the stone as a gem in its own right.
Darius - I assume you mean using sapphires as wedding ring stones are much less common, otherwise your statement would be incorrect.

Well some people just can't afford real diamonds. And other guys are just trying to be creative by giving some other kind of stone. Those second kind of guys usually get into some deep shit.
