The fairy's name is Filly Flutterby & yes she is the sister of Lilly.

Glad you all liked it! :-) Randal - It's custom made ;-) Darius - The clothes were transformation resistant, it was Hogan that wasn't ;-) devvo - Probably not. Mr. Kaos - He's a clothes horse ;-) Hogan - No, I stay away from the back ends of horses.
