They've had no contact with any of the EOU since they ended up here so they are not connected with any plans for a Crossover Wars II. hkmaly - The number shots in a movie is probably an example of poor continuity (not counting the shots, not showing reloading, using multiple camera angles, overzealous sound FX editors, etc.) Recharging rayguns makes sense, although at some point you should see the batteries being replaced, or plugging the gun into an outlet. ;-)

In action films, there is no logical explanation for number of shots hero have. In sci-fi on the other hand ... most rayguns are rechargable, some even recharge automatically. Even "normal" guns might have a replicator preparing new bullets integrated ...

I thought we were done with those things now the EOU is coming back again this is not good especially since when any charcter/group is defeated but is still alive comes back they are always much more powerful than they were before

It's a Sci-fi raygun! The answer is that there's just as many shots as you need, unless you need to go down a particular pathway! And then you get one more that wasn't there before when you need it.
