Make My Country Great

This comic was inspired by a comment a guy made on a forum and I considered posting a comment there, but his post was about some Australian politician I'd never heard of and I would basically be nitpicking one line out of his post, and there were already 2 pages of comments that I did not feel like wading through. Besides I thought the comment would work as a comic if I altered it a bit.

Admittedly I could have droned on about things like “great” vs. “greatest” and that different people have different ideas for what would make their country great, but that would get away from my basic point. Hopefully it came through.

This week is a return to MWF updates, hopefully I can continue that.

Plenty of people are using the phrase "Make my country great" ironically when they don't talk about themselves. Like, "Donald Trump is really making my country great, I don't feel safe outside now."
