@ Response on the previous page: Quickman's ability to go full-speed from the start would only be useful over short-distance races, not long-straight lines. Thus I gave him Obstical Courses, where he will often need to change direction or just move in an irregular way, while Turboman get's Racetrack straightways to pour all his (greater max) speed into. In other words, Quickman's better at the 100 meter sprint, while Turboman's perfect course is one of those massively empty saltbeds they use for Rocketcar tests, where he would greatly outpace Quickman's Max Speed.

@ Quickman Turning: His "falling dash" is similar to an in-the-air special move, you can do it one way, turn around and do it the other way.
