Man, what a strange ride that was! Not sure I'd consider being turned into a tree a "happy ending," but it may grow on me. In a way she just sort of perpetuated the natural order of things, death and decay creating new life and all that stuff.
And a turn! Well, a tree. Water of life? Hmmm....Even in comix the only constellation I can pick out is Orion (I'm sure the others are acurate, I'm just no good at that).
