This is Yukihimori/Shira, Shira is more like she is Yukihimori, like a reincarnation of Yukihimori rather than a descendant. Since they both control ribbons they often have ribbon wrapped around them as a sheild-like use for protection.

No no! She controls ribbons! So she has them wrapped around her for like a godish figure, since she's a Wolf God of Ribbon! Sorry if it's confusing for ya.
